I wore this a total of 5 times for short periods in the pool at my home during the summers of the year before last and last year. I think it's suitable for children around 80-95 cm tall. It's easy to put on, and it comes with a matching hat, which is really cute to look at(^^) Upon close inspection, there are a few slight frays that look like they were caused by rubbing. Please check the photos. Overall, I think it's in good condition, with no stains or tears. It has been stored at home, with no pets or smokers. I will fold it up small and send it via Yu-Packet Post.
