Novelty playing cards from JOQR (Bunka Hoso), a Japanese radio station. Would be a great collector's item! I received these a long time ago through work and used to play with them often, so they have some wear and tear like scratches and bent corners. However, all 52 cards and the 2 jokers are present, and they are perfectly playable.
