It's a skirt. The pattern is lovely. It also has a sturdy lining. I will fold it up small for shipping. I've been storing it with other items. If you are concerned about the smell from storage, please wash it at home before use. There are also wrinkles. I am selling it at a low price for these reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
