Purchased directly from a Tamba-yaki pottery shop, this is an oval plate. The pattern is very beautiful, and the deep mustard color makes food look great. This is a B-grade item, and the center of the plate is slightly raised, making it difficult to serve dishes with a lot of liquid. I was using it for sandwiches and toast. I haven't used it very often. I'm selling it to organize my collection as I have too many plates.
