This was a gift. Kyo-yaki (Kyoto-style pottery). There are characters in the center of the back, but they are unreadable. This is a piece by Tomohiro Suzuki, who is now active nationwide. Unfortunately, it's too precious for my household to use, so please, someone, use it. Thank you.
