I think it's either made in Germany or by Tsubota Pearl, but the details are unknown. It's an ultra-compact ashtray, 4cm x 3cm. When you press the button to open the lid, the stand that holds the cigarette also pops out. I received it about 30 years ago and it's been unused since then, but the quality is exceptionally good and the plating hasn't rusted.
