● Shipping method

It will be folded and shipped in a Yu-Packet Post size.
We will choose between "Rakuraku" and "Yuuyu" depending on the size. We may change from "Yuuyu" to "Rakuraku" or from "Rakuraku" to "Yuuyu" just before shipping.
Basically, we will ship after compressing in an OPP bag (compression bags and freezer bags are used depending on the product), so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about wrinkles caused by compression or folding.
We may use recycled cardboard for large items.
● Regarding returns
・ We will accept returns at the buyer's expense only if there are major scratches or damage not shown in the photos or description. Please be sure to notify us before the evaluation. Returns cannot be made after evaluation.
・ Returns due to the buyer's circumstances (size, color, misunderstanding) will only be accepted at the buyer's expense. We cannot respond after evaluation either.
