There are no noticeable scratches on the headphones themselves. They work perfectly, and I'm selling them because I want a different pair. The original ear pads are the type where the filter and pad can be separated. One of the filter parts is cracked and fixed with tape. (These are replaceable consumables on the ear pads, so there are no issues with sound quality or the headphones themselves.) The 7th photo is not the filter for this product, but the construction is almost the same, so I've included it. There is a thin plastic frame as shown in the photo, and the red line indicates where it is cracked and taped.
