This is a recently purchased fukuro obi (formal obi). I fell in love with it and bought it, but after trying it on at home only once, it didn't suit my kimono at all, so I'm sadly putting it up for sale. The photos don't capture it well, but it has a beautiful luster and is very pretty. The design features dragonflies in Inden deer leather lacquer and Nishijin-ori brocade with gold leaf. It's a sturdy and high-quality piece. The original price was 580,000 yen, but after bargaining, I finally got it for 260,000 yen. I think it's a great deal.
