This is a Vietnam War-era utility shirt I acquired 30 years ago at a military surplus store. Based on its shape, it's a 1960s US Army OG-107, likely a late-model Type 3. Judging from the patches, it may have been used by 2nd Lieutenant Thompson of the US Army Airborne Infantry. Left arm: Airborne patch Left collar: Infantry branch insignia Right collar: 2nd Lieutenant rank insignia Left chest: US Army name tape Right chest: THOMPSON name tape The durable construction goes without saying, but it's also surprisingly comfortable and doesn't wrinkle easily even after repeated washing. Since I don't have to worry about getting it dirty, it's been great for barbecues and camping. As I've gotten older, I've shifted to a cleaner style of dress, and I no longer wear it, so I'm putting it up for sale. ● Size: No size indicated It feels like a small L (38-40). Shoulder width: 41cm Body width: 52cm Length: 73cm Sleeve length: 62cm Please note that these measurements are approximate due to being taken by a layman. ● Material: 100% cotton sateen ● Condition: This is a vintage military shirt, but it's in very good condition. There is some damage to the collar, but it adds to the character.
