This is a large Bizen ware vase. It has the potter's mark of Fumio Mitsuke. The paper has discolored, but it comes with a writer's introduction. There is no outer box. It weighs a hefty 2600 grams. This is a wonderful piece of Bizen ware, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful aesthetic of the sangiri (wood-fired) patterns. It's large, but the mouth is relatively small, making it easy to arrange flowers. It's a modern and wonderful piece. It's a lovely piece of pottery that can be used practically or simply displayed.
