This is a short-sleeved cashmere knit from UNIQLO. The hem is gathered, allowing it to be worn as a short length. The purchase date is unknown (it belonged to my mother), but it's quite old. However, since it hasn't been worn much, I don't think there's any noticeable pilling, damage, or stains.
