This is a cute Hello Kitty umbrella I was using until recently! It's very compact when carried! The "no noticeable scratches or stains" refers to the umbrella itself. I've used it a few times! There are some minor scratches, but I don't think they're very noticeable. This is a non-sale item. There is no umbrella cover.
