The plushie has a nice coat of fur, and it's a rare and retro item made in Korea with the face design from the 1980s, which is no longer sold. Made by APPLAUSE, an American stuffed animal manufacturer founded in 1966. The tag clearly states © The Walt Disney Company and the Applause logo. The original retail price at the time of purchase was about $36 (approximately 5400 yen in today's currency). Currently, a Minnie Mouse plushie from Applause with a lower degree of rarity than this one is being sold for around 8500 yen.
