I purchased this on Mercari several years ago. It's quite wide and has damage at the hem. I believe this is Gucci denim from the early 2000s, during Tom Ford's tenure. It might also pair well with the recent Demna-era Gucci! Inseam: 71cm, Rise: 29cm, Hem width: 22cm, Waist: 43cm
