Four Mino-yaki earthenware pots for direct fire cooking. The thick Mino clay makes rice fluffy and delicious. The deep construction allows for good rice convection and flavor penetration for kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot). For 0.5 to 0.8 go (about 1 to 1.5 cups) of rice. Comes with unglazed lids.
