These are wired earphones, the type that goes in both ears. They are new and unused, but have been stored at home. You can plug them into computers, TVs, tablets, etc. Also, I believe they can be used with smartphones if they have a jack type or if you have a conversion connector. Please understand that these have been stored at home before purchasing.
