This is a sewing needle set that was likely sold in the Showa era (probably around the 40s to 50s?). It's unused, but the packaging has aged. The needles inside are wrapped in aluminum foil, so I think they're still in good condition. The large needle with the flat eye in the center is unusual, as I haven't seen it anywhere else.
