This is a Yamaha sequencer that I purchased on an auction site about 15 years ago. I ended up not composing any music and it's been stored in a closet for 15 years. I powered it on and the buttons work without any problems. It's an old item, so please understand. The screen is difficult to see, possibly due to burn-in. Please see photo 5.
