This is a brand produced by Ms. Youn-A. It has lovely frills. The three-quarter sleeves make it wearable in any season. I purchased it at a POPUP event at Isetan Shinjuku in 2023. I've worn it about 2 or 3 times and have home-cleaned it. It's a beautiful item, but it's a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
