I purchased this at Akachan Honpo last year. The size is 100cm. It has cherry blossom embroidery all over, and two red ribbons on the shoulders, making it very cute. It would be a cute outfit paired with a cap or a straw hat ☺︎ It has a lining ☺︎ Since it's sleeveless, it seemed cool for the child. It was folded and stored, so there are some fold wrinkles, but there are no problems with wearing it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
