I have confirmed that it powers on and that the light color can be changed using the button on the back. It works fine even after being charged and unplugged. I stored it at home after using it for a while. I haven't checked any other functions, but I don't think there are any problems. Since it has been used, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor scratches or other small imperfections. There is no box or instruction manual.
