This blouse has a cute, slightly oversized frilly collar. It's a shorter length. Made of 100% cotton, so it doesn't stretch, but the width is a bit roomy. It looked cute layered, with the collar peeking out. There is a white stain on the back (see photos 9 and 10). Please check them. I didn't see any stains or scratches on the front.
