White foods like pickled daikon radish, turnip, or Chinese cabbage, or grated daikon radish look exceptionally delicious on them. You can also use them for small desserts, tea snacks, nuts for alcoholic beverages, soy sauce dishes, or for condiments. If you pour soy sauce up to the step (the rim), you can remove the excess soy sauce with the rim if you pour too much.
