These are initial scratches from when it was opened, caused by the metal parts of the keychain bumping against it. The instructions mention protective sheets are attached to both sides, so I believe the scratches are on the protective sheets, but please consider this before purchasing. Received this at the Usami gas station by filling up with gasoline and presenting two automatically issued receipt coupons and the app. I received two, and happened to get the same design.
