I purchased this item about two months ago from this site. I bought two items, including a different color, but I haven't had a chance to wear this one, so I'm selling it. It gives a華やかな (gorgeous/glamorous) impression, so I think it can be worn as an inner layer for suits at entrance or graduation ceremonies. The collar ruffles and pleated fabric are beautiful. The pleats are looser towards the hem. It has a lining and is not see-through.
