This is a vibrant red furisode (long-sleeved kimono) that I had custom-made about 12 years ago at Kyoto Kimono Yuzen. The set includes: * Furisode * Obi (sash) * Zori (sandals) * Bag * Hair ornaments * Shawl * Nagajuban (undershirt) * Obiage (sash scarf) * Kasaneri-eri (collar, 2 colors) * Obijime (sash cord) A total of 10 items. It seems that it cost around 450,000 yen at the time. It was made to fit the seller's height of 160cm. It was only worn for the pre-ceremony photoshoot and the coming-of-age ceremony, and has been carefully stored after cleaning, so it is in very good condition. For the once-in-a-lifetime coming-of-age ceremony, I chose a vibrant red kimono that I wouldn't normally choose. I was drawn to the gorgeous classical patterns and remember being very excited. The obi has an elegant design that harmonizes beautifully with the furisode, and I received compliments from my parents, the guardians of my friends, and especially from older people in the neighborhood. It's a wonderful furisode, and I would like to pass it on to someone who will cherish it. As my full name is written on the Kyoto Kimono Yuzen paper wrapping, I would like to discuss whether to black it out or cut it off at the time of purchase.
