It has a nice volume even without a petticoat, giving it a beautiful impression. I only tried it on once. [The previous seller's usage]: Worn once inside a hotel. Slight dirt on the unseen part of the hem. The hem is long, so it's temporarily held up with safety pins. (It arrived with safety pins attached, so I will pass it on as is.)
