This is a chiffon dress I purchased from Shimamura. I used it as a cardigan. I've only worn it a few times. The waist tie was included, but I've lost it. Only the parts where the waist tie goes through remain. (Please refer to photos 5 and 6) Please understand that this item has been stored at home and has been inspected by an amateur. I plan to fold it as compactly as possible, and may compress it for shipping. Please be aware of potential folding wrinkles.
