Phase One Flex Adapter Digital back mount is M645 (Mamiya) Camera mount is TOYO board. I purchased this used a few years ago, but I haven't had many opportunities to use it, so I'm putting it up for sale. The original box is damaged, but the main body is relatively clean, and the screen is in good condition. This is a valuable adapter with an M645 plate. I am not currently considering selling the adapter plate only. This is not a consumer product, but equipment for professional use. Please purchase this item if you understand its specifications.
