The sleeves have only frills. I bought two of the same item, and this one has been worn only once or twice. I've only washed it during seasonal changes, so I've marked it as "Slightly damaged or dirty." (There might be some pilling on the back from washing.) It's a slim fit, so it should be fine for sizes M-L. It might be good for students too.
