This is a hoop that was attached to a snare drum made by Kitano. There are some scratches, but I remember that I replaced it with a different hoop soon after purchasing the snare drum, so I didn't use this one very often. I'm not sure about the material, but I believe it's made of either aluminum or steel, which are common materials. Thank you for your consideration.
