This is a C-tuned kena, tuned to a Doremifa scale, handmade from female bamboo. The pitch is tuned to around A=442Hz. ・Size: Total length 26.9cm, embouchure inner diameter 19mm, same thickness 3mm, largest finger hole diameter 9.5mm, embouchure width 10mm, same depth 6.5mm ・Surface finish: Lightly coated with camellia oil ・Weight: 43g The sound produced when all holes (6 front + 1 back) are covered is "Do", and the sound produced when all holes are open is "Do" an octave higher. The finger holes are small, and it is lightweight and short, making it easy for elementary school students to handle. There is a natural brown pattern on the surface from the bottom of the tube to the vicinity of the 3rd hole (see image 3 and others).
