It's practically unused, as shown in the photos. There are no operational issues whatsoever. I purchased this for a 2-night, 3-day trip, but it was too small for my 6.5 kg cat's food. (Her face wouldn't fit, and she only ate about half.) Therefore, I recommend it for cats weighing 5 kg or less. Instruction manual included. Batteries not included.
