Black short-sleeved cut-and-sew top. Both sleeves have frills. I bought it a few years ago and wore it for about two seasons. I wore it often, so there is a feeling of use and fading overall. The color is particularly faded around the neck. Other than that, I don't see any noticeable tears or stains, but it is a used item, so please understand this before purchasing.
