A beautiful clematis flower is depicted in purple and gold against the deep, lustrous ground characteristic of lacquerware. The water receptacle inside is about half the height and is probably copper. Comes in a box, Wajima-nuri lacquerware. ※This is a fine item, so it has been stored carefully for a long time, still in its box and wrapping. It's sparkling (I even wore gloves).
