This item is being sold on behalf of my mother, and is non-iron. Made of 44% polyester, 25% acrylic, 19% rayon, and 12% polyurethane. Length is approximately 96 cm, inseam is approximately 69 cm, and the waist is elastic, measuring approximately 36 cm when laid flat. There are pockets on both sides. There is a spot where the fabric is thin by a few millimeters. There is a 3 cm fray on the side.
