For sale due to equipment reorganization. I purchased this used for modification, but the original condition is good, so I have decided to sell it to someone who can use it as is. Fender Japan Telecaster TL52 A serial (Made around 1985, Japan vintage) Pickguard, jack, and nut have been replaced due to wear. Other parts are original. The neck is almost straight, and the truss rod turns both ways, but no major adjustments have been made to maintain the current condition. Frets are about 50-60% remaining. There are no fret dents or dead spots. String height is adjusted to approximately 1.5mm for both the 1st and 6th strings. Electronics are working normally without any scratchy noise. There are noticeable scratches on the body and neck (images 9, 13, 14), as well as other scratches, rust, and dullness; please refer to the images. The neck and bridge have been adjusted, and it produces a Telecaster-like sound that is hard to believe for a nearly 40-year-old instrument. The body is 2-piece, with a nice wood grain and is lightweight (approximately 3kg) and easy to handle. New strings (ERNIE BALL SUPER SLINKY 2223) will be installed, and the guitar will be packed in a soft case with bubble wrap and shipped in a recycled cardboard box.
