I've worn this about five times, and it's in good condition. I've washed it at home and taken good care of it. There's no size listed on the tag, so it's a free size. The waist is elastic and the sleeves are loose, so it should fit someone who usually wears a size M to L. All the buttons can be undone. There are no pockets.
