This is a binder sold through the fan club (FC) of Maito Minami of the Takarazuka Revue Company's Cosmos Troupe. I haven't measured it, but it's a fairly small binder (it looked like it could hold L-size photos). It has been stored unopened in its original packaging, and is new and unused.
