This item was received 4 or 5 years ago, and the exact store of purchase is unknown, but it was purchased at an authorized retailer. It has only been worn a few times, and has been cleaned and stored at home since then. There is some slight fraying of the thread on the chest logo patch. There is one small spot on the back.
