Set of 3 congratulatory envelopes and 4 rectangular paper strips The congratulatory envelopes are used items. I've made a set with the extra rectangular paper strips. I'm including 4 strips to account for any mistakes in writing. (There may be slight size discrepancies between the envelopes and the strips) Some of the rectangular paper strips have dents. Inner envelopes are not included, so please prepare your own.
