This is Excel's Skinny Rich Shadow SR06 Sensual Brown. The applicator tips are not included. The top two shades have about 10% remaining, and the bottom two shades have about 80-90% remaining. Also, the lid is broken and doesn't close properly. I think it's been used quite a bit, so I would appreciate it if only those who don't mind trying it out would purchase it.
