Especially, fish meal is an important nutrient that affects the taste of the eggs, so we use fresh, additive-free, made-to-order bonito fish meal sourced from Kyushu. While it is common to use fish scraps from farmed fish, we use a high-quality product made only from bonito. It has no fishy smell and tastes delicious. In addition to this feed, we give them plenty of our own cultivated vegetables and green feed, which is natural green grass. Green feed contains a lot of natural vitamins and fiber, which has the effect of keeping the body slightly alkaline, making them less likely to get sick and grow strong.
