Here are two sets of betagane (heel plates). Includes 8 screws. The side with the protruding screw holes is the heel side, and the recessed side is the front, ground side. Align the betagane with the back of the heel, and at the point where you think "this is it!", press the screw holes in with your finger. This will temporarily secure them.
