This is the popular Chobi-tonaru marker pen, now with a locking feature. It also produces the loudest sound of any product of its kind. The pen can be easily locked with a magnet. This prevents the sound from being triggered when handing the pen to the audience or removing the cap. Example of Use Use it as a gag when having the audience sign a chosen card. "Now, I'd like you to sign that card, but this pen... the ink hasn't been flowing well lately." The performer lightly shakes the marker. Then, they remove the cap and hand it to the audience. The audience tries to sign the card, but the ink doesn't come out. "Oh, it's not working? Try shaking it a bit." When the audience shakes the marker, it makes a strange "chobi-chobi" sound.
