This is a Fumo Fumo series plushie of Sanae Kochiya, purchased over 5 years ago. It has been opened and displayed, but there are no noticeable stains. However, there is a line-like mark on a part of the hair on the back of the head. It didn't come off even after smoothing it down (see image four).
