I purchased this at the vintage clothing store, DEPT STORE, in Daikanyama around the early 1990s. Based on the shape of the name tag, it's likely from the 1960s-70s. The size is 40. I have kept it in a dark place since I bought it, without wearing it. It's a bright fuchsia pink color, and the embroidery on the back is well-balanced. I think it's in relatively good condition for a vintage item. There are a few small stains on the front that were there when I bought it. I washed it, but they didn't come out.
