I purchased this item on Mercari, where it was worn only once. I have dressed my child in it about twice. As this is a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. The hanger is not included. There are no smokers in the house, but I do have a cat. I will take great care to remove any cat hair, but please be aware of this if you have allergies. I will fold it up small for shipping.
