This item was only used once on a Gibson USA ES-335. It was installed for one week, and I played it for a total of about 5 hours. I bought it new, and the bag in the image is what it came in. I plan to wrap it in cushioning material (bubble wrap) and ship it in an envelope. There are no issues with its use, but please understand that it is non-refundable and non-returnable. Thank you.
